Energy efficient. Our aluminum alloy reinforcements are designed with only 5/8’’ of direct contact with the vinyl surface. This minimal contact reduces thermal conductivity of the room structure.
Integrated electrical system. Our room has an integrated raceway that allows low voltage wiring to be run to virtually any point in the room. No bulky pipe or external moldings. Everything is internally integrated.
Comfort. The vinyl room post and beam components design completely encapsulates the alloy in a thermally resistant sleeve to minimize thermal conductivity. This helps provide a greater level of comfort in your new living space.
Enjoy what the seasons have to offer. Our room is designed with two separate and distinct chambers. This keeps the aluminum structural element to the outside of the room which allows the room to stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Room to grow. Our room offers certain optimal features to best suit your individual needs. Some options include solid or glass kick panels, transoms and trapezoid panels. And if you choose not to upgrade now, they can be changed in the future.

Each room is designed and engineered using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and pre-fabricated in a controlled environment using computer controlled saws and positioning systems.
